Help Anna & Rithvika Compete at DECA ICDC in Orlando!

Hi everyone!

We’re Anna Wiley and Rithvika Yenugula, and we need your help to take our DECA journey to the next level!

For Rithvika, DECA has been a four-year journey of dedication, leadership, and perseverance. During her junior year, she served as a leader, always striving to become the best version of herself through DECA. After four years of hard work, endless practice, and unwavering commitment, she has finally achieved her goal—qualifying for ICDC!

Over the years, Rithvika has competed at the State Leadership Conference (SLC), continuously improving. In her sophomore year, she placed 17th in Hospitality & Tourism. As a junior, she moved up to 15th place. This year, as a senior, she achieved her biggest success yet—placing 2nd in Business Law & Ethics, winning the prestigious DECA glass, and earning two medals to celebrate her achievement! Through it all, she has received endless support from her friends, parents, and advisors, and now, she’s asking for your help to take this next step in her DECA journey.

For Anna, this year has been especially meaningful. In previous years, she wasn’t able to compete due to a requirement that students be enrolled in a business class. But when that rule was waived, she seized the opportunity in her senior year. She immediately proved herself—placing 1st at the District Leadership Conference (DLC) and then teaming up with Rithvika to place 2nd at SLC in Business Law & Ethics. Just like Rithvika, Anna also earned two medals for her outstanding performance at SLC!

Now, we have one final challenge: competing at the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Orlando, Florida, from April 26 to 29! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete against the best DECA teams from around the world.

But we need your support to make it happen! The cost of the trip—including flights, accommodations, and conference fees—comes to about $1,700 per person.

We have poured our hearts into preparing for this competition—countless hours of studying, testing, and practicing role-plays to make it this far. Now, we just need the funding to get there!

Any donation, big or small, will help us represent Virginia at ICDC and make this dream a reality. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing our fundraiser!

Thank you for your support—we can’t wait to make you proud in Orlando!
