Help Anneliese get her tabs and license plates

Hi, my name is Anneliese and on December 31, 2021, my car was stolen from the Capitol Hill Goodwill parking lot. Six days later the police found my car in Seatac. The good news is that my car is still in relatively good shape, meaning it’s still drives and there’s no major body damage. The bad news is that every single item I owned that was in my car is gone, even down to the pack of gum that I had in the middle console. And the worst part of it all is they took my license plates off of my vehicle. So while I have my car back I am completely unable to drive it until I replace the plates and tabs which the police informed me I was the one that had to pay for a replacement of them. Unfortunately I do not have the money to do so right now. The approximate cost of my plates and tabs is around $250 I believe. I am reaching out to my local community because I really am in need of this and I believe in the goodness of people. The alternative to setting up this go fund me account is, I can wait until I am fully recovered from the major mouth surgery that I had to have the day after my car got stolen and start working again and save up for my tabs and plates, but as I stated earlier, I believe in the goodness of others and decided to try this.
