Help Anthony Tanner

UPDATE as of 1/13: Wow! Thank you all so much for the love and generosity you have poured out on Anthony and his family. We far exceeded the initial fundraising goal, and I know every single dollar over will be put to good use as Anthony continues to fight to get better. Anthony Tanner is an employee at Austal USA in Mobile, AL, and he was hit by a car while crossing the street to enter work on Thursday, January 4th of 2024. Anthony sustained major injuries and underwent surgery within the first 24 hours of the accident. He remains hospitalized in Mobile and his current medical team has plans to transfer him to a rehabilitation facility in the Atlanta area in the near future.

In addition to the physical trauma Anthony has endured, this unexpected accident has taken an emotional toll on him and his family as well. It is my hope and intention with starting this GoFundMe that you will help me support Anthony and his family on his road to recovery. As his direct supervisor at Austal, I can attest to his determination and work ethic. I believe, wholeheartedly, that he will give his best effort towards rehabilitation.
