Help Anton recover after his accident
Donation protected
Our friend, Tatiana Mouravskaia, needs your assistance to care for her recently paralyzed son. She spent her entire life helping others, including working on the frontlines during the worst of the COVID epidemic. In caring for others, she even contracted the disease herself, and lost her partner of many years to it. But now she needs us.
On March 13th, her son Anthony was skiing with his parents and sister when an accident changed his life. A bad fall broke his neck, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down.
Anthony has always lived his life with a relentless sense of optimism. Where others saw a hopeless waste of time, he saw the potential to do something great. More than anything else, Anthony, just like his mom wanted to make the people around him a bit happier, a bit better off than before he entered their lives. His biggest joy has always been making people smile and helping out everyone around him, whether that was buying groceries for his grandparents during COVID, treating friends and family to dinner and gifts, or taking time out of his life to help in any way he could.
While we are all hoping that Anthony will recover and regain the use of his arms and legs, the bills for his care will be staggering. His mom is now facing the prospect of either selling her house or doing major remodeling to accommodate Anthony’s new needs. Tatiana is still working 70+ hour weeks treating her patients, and battling infectious diseases, and even with Anthony’s whole family pulling together to provide him with care, support, and rehabilitation, the financial resources are not adequate to meet this new, unexpected, and enormous challenge.
Thank you for taking time to read this. Please donate to support Tatiana in providing Anthony with necessary care. Every little bit helps and is hugely appreciated.
