Help Ardent and Majorelle Arts! Robbery Recovery
Donation protected
Hi Friends and Family!
We can all feel the world rebuilding. The gears are turning and artists everywhere, including Ardent Heavy Industries and Majorelle Arts, are designing and creating ahead of a world with large-scale art again.
But...sometimes, the world is still a scary and uncertain place. This week American Steel experienced a break-in, and our bay was hit, resulting in property damage and theft. After tallying losses, we're missing about $4000 in tools and materials. All told, it definitely could have been worse. With two major Burning Man projects and several others in progress, though, this comes at a pretty bad time.
If you find yourself in a place to help support a long-standing art collective in a stroke of bad luck and tough circumstances, we welcome it! Right now, financial help is preferred. As we look to the future, there will be more ways to join in fabrication, a move to a new space, and playa shenanigans as well.
Thank you so much for being there through the thick and thin. We can't wait to share our creations with you again, probably with a few new tools in tow :-)
