Help Arelis Fight Pancreatic Cancer

Hi! My name is Alyssa and I started this fundraiser for my mom, Arelis Lopez. 

Arelis is a loving, beautiful, hardworking and strong woman. She is 39 years young, a mother of 3, a wife, sister, daughter and friend with the biggest and most loving heart. In January of 2022, we learned of a neuroendocrine tumor on her pancreas which has metastasized to her liver, an ovary, her skull, throat, spine and some lymph nodes. In March, Arelis spent over a month in the ICU and hospital to recover from an emergency surgery caused by the tumor. Now that she has recovered from surgery, she will begin a new infusion treatment. This treatment will be more aggressive but will have more promising results. 

My mom is the most beautiful and loving soul with such a positive personality and aura. She is the bravest and strongest person I know and we are certain that she will get through this. She’s the mom to my younger siblings and I, our best friend and role model who has always shown us nothing but love and support. She continues to amaze us all with her strength in this battle against cancer. Her diagnosis came suddenly and during these times our family asks for your prayers and/or any donations for the treatment. Anything would be greatly appreciated and our friends and family have shown endless love and support.
