Help Ari and her Mom!! - Car taken and rent issues

Hello! I'm Emma. This campaign is for a friend of mine, Ari, and her mother, who have had hard times fall on them over and over recently. Due to the pandemic, she is without work, trying to find new work but has had NO success despite so many applications, and they are in serious financial insecurity right now--this unfortunately has gotten to the point where it is now threatening their home and their life security. Her mother has just gotten a new job, but getting to it relies heavily upon their car. They are having trouble paying rent, and just recently today due to inability to make payments, their car was taken away. This has now become an emergency situation--without their car they can't get to anything they need to help themselves survive and keep their home, they can't get to jobs, they can't do anything. This is a really terrible  and unfortunate turn of events, and it is seriously impacting them and their life. It is tanking their mental health--this entire thing is becoming a dangerous situation in so many ways. I'm making this gofundme in hopes anything that comes from it can help them get through this incredibly rough patch. The funds for the car are needed as soon as possible to help them manage with everything else and to recover the car, these car costs total just over $2000. The funds for rent are needed by December 30th so they can make the payment at the absolute latest by January 3rd, the rent being just about $1950. The rest of the funds listed as needed are a small "just incase" buffer amount, to help facilitate them getting back up on their feet again during all of this craziness they are going through, while without their car.
