Help Arkoudas & His Family With His Surgery!

Hi Everyone,

 Arkoudas (or “Kouda”) is a very sweet 1yr old Great Pyrenees pup living his best mountain life in Tabernash, Colorado. Unfortunately, he has been dealing with a severe medical condition - chronic lung torsion. He has underwent surgery where he had a right cranial and right middle lung lobectomy, and he’s now in recovery. This is a rare condition, where the cause in such a young pup is unknown but they were quick to seek him help. The amazing team at CSU Veterinary Tech Hospital expect Arkoudas to now make a full recovery post-surgery and get back to living his best life in Colorado!

 His human parents have already expended $7k on preliminary tests and surgery, and are bracing for an additional estimated cost of $5k. This anticipated total of $12k doesn’t take into account the travel expenses and the cost of accommodations, as there are no specialists located near home. While they would do anything for their sweet boy, they’ve personally took on a large financial burden and we’d like to rally around them to extend a humble request for help.
