Help Arthur with medical expenses

Arthur (Artie) was in a very bad accident and was flown to UVA on October 2nd. He is in ICU with multiple fractures all over his body. Surgery scheduled for October 4th. With all of this being said, he has no insurance and will not be able to work for a while. We are asking for help for his medical bills. Anything and everything is greatly appreciated.
