Help Asheville Charcuterie Co. Recover from Hurricane Helene

Asheville, North Carolina, home to Asheville Charcuterie Co. has been devastated by Hurricane Helene. Over the past 4 years, myself (Lindsey), and all of our employees, have poured all of our hearts into maintaining a successful and inclusive catering company that strives to make every event we have be special, individual and beautiful in all ways possible.

Last month, I officially opened our Brick and Mortar in Downtown Asheville. I have poured all my love, money, time and strength into my business. However, Hurricane Helene has completely destroyed any hopes of having a successful and bustling Fall Season. The Fall season is Asheville's peak tourism season, and the time in which all local businesses are able to make enough to survive through the first quarter of the year when tourism declines. However, this year looks very different. Many wedding venues are completely washed away, Brides are having to completely reschedule their weddings and have cancelled all events that we had on our books for the Fall.

During this time, we want to help support not only our employees who are now out of work for the time being, but also try to keep our business afloat until some normalcy is restored in Western, North Carolina. This might not be for a very long time.

Our city has been torn apart by Helene, but we will come back stronger, slowly but surely, and rebuild our great community once again. We appreciate any and all the support you can provide and hope that in the near future, our city is able to recognize itself again. We are very proud of the community we live in, and the support we have gotten from all of you.
