Help Ashlee enjoy the outdoors again.

Hi, we are Matt and Nicole and we are trying to help out our friends Tyler and Ashlee. We are raising funds to help them purchase an all terrain wheelchair. Here is what Tyler has to say “Sometimes life just isn’t fair but my wife Ashlee and I are doing our best to make it work. We have been together for 12 years, (married for 8) and have been blessed with two beautiful boys. Turn back time, sadly,at the age of 11, she was diagnosed with transverse myelitis and Guillian Barre Syndrome, two very similar autoimmune disorders which greatly reduced her motor skills from her waist down, leaving her paralyzed. Sadly, her condition has made it difficult, if not impossible,to enjoy her favorite outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and going to the beach with her family. Unfortunately, insurance companies do not consider an off road type wheelchair a necessity. While we can only imagine the joy such a vehicle would bring to the quality of life for the entire family, we continue to search for a way to make this happen. Not only is she a fantastic wife and mother, she does her best to smile and remain positive. If ever I could make a wish that would come true, it would be to give my wife the gift of mobility back and to be able to enjoy a life she hasn’t known for many years.
