Help Ashley and Tim Open a Cheese Shop!

 

Hi everyone! For those of you who don't know, Tim and I are in the process of opening a cheese shop, Fromagerie Brunelle! We named it after my Franco-American family, who owned a dairy farm in Maine in the early 1900s. 

 

 

After being in the restaurant industry for over twenty years, we are branching off and putting our energy and experience into fully embracing our love of cheese! We are opening an approachable artisanal cheese and gourmet item shop with an emphasis on customer experience and community.

In addition to a diverse line of imported and domestic cheeses, we plan to offer charcuterie; house-made cheese accompaniments, such as jams, pickles, pâtés, and bread, as well as other snacks and confections; one-of-a-kind cheese boards and platters; unique gift baskets; locally made cheeseboards and other cheese-related gifts; a small selection of thoughtfully curated wines, craft beers, and ciders; allergy-friendly options; and more!  

 

   

In order to open as soon as possible, we are asking that those who are willing and able consider donating to our curd-nerd dream. There’s absolutely no pressure. We obviously understand that times are rough; otherwise, this page wouldn’t exist! If you can share, here are a few of the things contributions will go toward:

*Cheese display and storage refrigerators
*Construction of cheese counter, display shelves, and other renovations
*Kitchen equipment
*Signage and branding
*Miscellaneous startup costs
