Help Ashley & David's Family in Tough Times

Hi my name is Brittany and I am asking for donations to help support my best friend, Ashley, her husband David and their children while David is recovering from a very serious car accident.

David works as a correctional officer to provide for Ashley and their family while Ashley is raising their two children. Last month was their fifth wedding anniversary and unfortunately around that time, David’s mom was hospitalized and sadly passed away. Then on Monday, April 29th, David was involved in a head-on collision while on his way to work. He was flown to a trauma hospital over 2 hours away from where they live.

Now Ashley is faced with the challenge of trying to be present for David who is in the hospital while also raising their two children alone. They are obviously still grieving the loss of David’s mom and now have to worry about how they are going to eat, keep a roof over their head, pay their bills and cover the unexpected expenses resulting from this accident. 

Ashley and I have been best friends since 2001 when we were in 10th grade. We attended high school together at Owen J Roberts in Pottstown, PA. She moved to Florida after college and we remained very close despite the distance. Ashley married David in April 2019. When I met David, I was so grateful Ashley had found him. They both are very loyal people to their friends and family and do everything they can to help others. Ashley has been a major support for me through critical times in my life and I knew David would be there for her the way she deserves!

We are all so grateful that David is still here but he has a long road of healing ahead of him! Being in PA, I feel helpless, so I ask that you please consider supporting Ashley & David and their children anyway you can. The money will be used to cover their expenses while David is unable to work. It will help relieve some of the financial burden on the family while David focuses on healing.
