Ashley Transport Services (ATS) is a young and struggling small business owned by a USMC service-disabled veteran. The owner, William L. Ashley II, founded the company to provide military veterans and their family members with professional opportunities in the transportation industry. However, the trucking/transportation industry is expensive and challenging. The company has been in business for less than 6 months and is struggling to maintain.
