Help Aubrey Attend UCLA Animation Program

Hi, I’m Aubrey! I have loved to draw and anything art related for as long as I remember. I would draw whenever I got the chance, even drawing all over the walls of my last house in sharpie.This passion has stayed with me to now as a teenager with mountains of old and new art and filled sketchbooks. I’ve always wanted to do something big and ambitious with my art so I began making stories around characters I drew. Naturally this sparked a new interest, making my drawings come to life and tell a story. Which can only be done with the power of animation, something I’ve wanted to learn for a long time now. The only issue is I’ve never had the tools, time, or opportunity to learn. Now I have the chance to finally learn how thanks to NSLC and their summer program. This program would allow me to learn how to animate in a 9 day program at UCLA. I would be able to visit animation studios in Hollywood and meet other like minded artistic teens. As you can imagine tuition and travel are not cheap, but the opportunity priceless. Any amount of money would help me to be one step closer to the dream of one day making my own show with these drawings! Any donation is appreciated. Thank you!
