Help Aubrey Get a New Apartment

Hello once again, GoFundMe, it's Derrick. I've made two GoFundMe's before, asking to help a friend (the first one's link: https://gofund.me/138c09c3) - the second one is about her court battle (link: https://gofund.me/e6ee6651): while that GoFundMe ended up not needing to get any donation, as we've managed to raise the goal outside of GoFundMe, the court battle, I'm sad to say, was lost.

 

Now my friend, Aubrey, needs to get away from her abusive family members another way - by paying her rent, she can move to another apartment. Our initial goal is $3,500: about $1,500 of which is to prepare for any rising bills in time. And if you have a choice, please donate to Aubrey's Ko-fi page instead of here: I will take the funds of this GoFundMe through Ko-fi - so it would be better to donate directly to Aubrey's Ko-fi, to avoid having the money be fee'd by PayPal here and again there: https://ko-fi.com/verdesause 

 

I genuinely hope this is the last time we need to make a fundraiser to get Aubrey to a better place she can call home.

 

Edit - 3/1/2022: Aubrey now needs a lawyer once more, since her mother is now suing her. We really could use donations.
