Help Audra Fight Her Medical Battles

I would like to introduce the most amazing woman I have ever met, my girlfriend Audra Erickson! Audra is a bright light in so many people's lives; to know her is to love her! Audra suffers from gastroparesis and severe endometriosis and does not qualify for health insurance. She has been hospitalized twice in the last 4 weeks, currently over a week. Her pain and suffering are robbing her of her quality of life, and the debt is crippling. She is not able to hold a job down due to the fact she is throwing up and fighting pain daily. The last thing she wants is to beg people for money, but we need help getting her medications she needs to get better. She sells plants on an app called Whatnot to make money as she is able to, but it simply isn't enough, and my job as a nurse is just enough to keep a roof over our heads and food in the house. They want to discharge her with the goal being her making it to a GI appointment this Friday; however, she can't keep the oral medications down, and if she goes home, she is likely going to need IV hydration to make it to that appointment without landing back in the hospital. This all will cost money we have no means to cover. Please share her story, and let's get her the help that she needs to improve her quality of life and actually treat her illness. She needs a drug called domperidone that the GI specialist has to ask for permission to prescribe as it isn't FDA approved but can be approved for compassionate use. She also needs either a drug to put her into temporary menopause that costs $1200 a month or a surgery to remove endometriosis lesions to hopefully stop the pain from that. We also are trying to move her back home to Florida in a few months so Audra is close to friends she has known most of her life and family. This would also mean having her be able to see the doctor who know her well and what her history is. Costs add up fast so I hope we can raise enough money to help her get to her best possible outcome!
