Help Aunty Ipo's Celebration of Life
Donation protected
Hi, my name is D'Anna Hasik and I am a family friend of Kuuipolani Kamai, otherwise known as Aunty Ipo or just Aunty. As you may have seen through Facebook posts or local news reports, Aunty was tragically taken from this life on 2/2/22 following a car accident after Missouri received some severe winter weather. If you knew Aunty you knew what it was like to be graced by love and acceptance no matter the circumstance. Aunty was the type of person to give you the shirt off of her back if it meant bringing you comfort in your time of need. No words will ever truly describe the happiness that Aunty brought to the community. If you had the opportunity to get to know her or be around her, you know of this incredible woman that I speak of. Aunty leaves behind her husband, kids, and more family than just blood can classify.
I am asking the community of Waynesville, St. Robert, Laquey, and surrounding areas to come together in support of Aunty. Aunty was a beam of sunshine on a cloudy day, and this tragedy is something no family should have to go through alone. Please consider donating to this GoFundMe so the family has time to grieve privately without having to think about how they are going to be able to properly celebrate Aunty's life. Please share to spread this GoFundMe and share a beautiful memory that you have of Aunty as we all take time to remember her beautiful spirit, laugh, embracing hugs, and so much more.
All donations will be given to the beneficiary Timothy Schade (Aunty's Husband/Partner) to determine where the funds will be best allocated. As more decisions are made by the family, I will update this page with the information.

Aunty, I will forever be thankful to have met you. Your compassion towards others and love of life will live through all of us.
