HELP AUSSIE FARMERS!!!!

People need to understand that without farmers, they would be hungry, naked and providing for themselves! The government are doing very little! They talk about how they are aiding overseas welfare, but can not be bothered to support their own! The lack of funding the farmers get in desperate times of need is disgusting. Aussie farmers are doing whatever they can, in a drought may I say is the worst they have had in over 100 years, but farmers can only do so much to support each other. They need everyone else’s support, especially the government, but they are not getting it. There is hardly any water and food. Their life is through the cattle industry (for example) but what do you do when you visibly see your life thinning before your eyes, knowing you can not do anything about it. It is sad and painful to see what our farmers in our central west are experiencing at the moment. Imagine having no water, food being scarce and not being able to feed your animals. This is only a small part of what our farmers are dealing with at the moment. Not to mention the stress and strain emotionally that they are dealing with day in day out. These are just little things that we city folk take for granted. I travel with my family quite often to the central west and pass farms that once were thriving with livestock and green pastures, to now dirt and dust. How can we let this be, how can we go on day to day and not do something. Join me to help our farmers in need and try and get a truck load and more, of food to our farmers. Each bale of hay costs approximately $250 and is equivalent to 11 small bales. A small bale would feed a cow for a day and half. So just from that you can see how expensive it is to feed cattle. These are our farmers livelihood, it is what they live for. So help me help them because I am sure if you were in their shoes you would want someone to help you!

 

Please cover the drought, Aussie farmers need help! These donations will help immensely in providing food and water for farmers in drought stricken regions, along with hay and feed for their cattle, sheep horses etc. All funds from this cause will be used to supply farmers and their livestock with basic needs.
