HELP AXEL FIGHT BACK – STOP THE NDIS TEARING FAMILIES APART
Donation protected
They say disability services should promote choice and control. What they don’t say is that the NDIA's definition of ‘choice’ is ‘do as we say’—and ‘control’ means they get to decide whether you still have disabilities at all.
THE DISAPPEARING DISABILITIES ACT
Axel, a 20-year-old autistic man with profound intellectual disabilities and severe pain conditions, woke up to find that, according to the NDIS, he no longer has most of his disabilities. That’s right—overnight, his lifelong challenges with intellectual disability, joint hypermobility syndrome, and erythromelalgia (a severe pain condition) had mysteriously vanished from his file.
No reassessment. No review. Just gone.
This is not an accident. This is systemic. It’s happening to people across Australia—quietly, strategically, forcing families into crisis while the NDIA cuts support and pretends the problem has disappeared.
Axel and his family are fighting back.
THE NDIS PLAN? SEPARATE AXEL FROM HIS FAMILY
The NDIA has been slashing Axel’s support coordination, removing key services, and trying to force him into a group home—a system riddled with abuse and neglect.
They undermine families by stripping away support, hoping parents break under pressure so their loved ones are forced into institutional settings where they lose all autonomy.
But Axel’s family isn’t breaking. They love him. They fight for him. And they are not backing down.
HOW WE'RE FIGHTING BACK
AI & Advocacy: Axel’s mother, Annette, a neurodivergent software engineer, is building a custom AI Agent to expose NDIA failures, and empower other families fighting the same battle.
aXbot & aXai: Axel is using an AI Avatar to reclaim his voice—educating people about disability rights, mocking bureaucratic nonsense, and fighting back with tech.
Axel’s First Novel: A hilarious, scathing takedown of the NDIA, written in Axel’s signature sharp, dark, satirical AI voice.
This isn’t just about Axel—this is about every disabled person in Australia being stripped of their rights.
WHERE YOUR DONATIONS GO
Every cent raised will support:
✅ Legal fees & advocacy costs—fighting the NDIA’s decision in tribunal.
✅ AI development & running costs—empowering people with disabilities.
✅ Production & promotion of his AI Advocacy and novel—spreading awareness and fighting systemic discrimination.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Donate—Every dollar helps Axel fight back!
Share—The NDIA operates in silence. Let’s make some noise.
Stand with us—Because NO ONE should have their disabilities erased for the sake of cost-cutting.
The NDIA’s message is clear: Disabled people belong in institutions, not homes. Families are a problem, not a support system.
Our message is louder.
DISABLED. NOT DISPOSABLE.
