Hi everyone I’m Ayla, I know it says this is for Jenny powers but it’s because I set her up to receive the transactions as I’m a minor and can’t do it. I am a 17 year old girl who has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome(EDS), Functional Neurological Disorder(FND), and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome(POTS). These medical issues have impacted my life severely starting back when I was 13. Since then my health has declined to the point where as of right now I can’t do school, can’t work, I can’t even grab stuff out of the fridge or walk around with out excruciating pain. I have also had to stop going to school in person as my EDS, and POTS have flared up especially when out in public or doing a lot of activity. This has hindered my ability to make friends, join clubs, go out, and enjoy life as a whole for a few years. I’ve had periods of time where I’m not able to get out of bed due to bouts of temporary paralysis, or leave the house, and when that happens I don’t always have the best tools to help. It is important to me to raise money as it would help with medical bills, therapies (water and physcial), prescription costs, new equipment, better furniture like chairs and a bed, braces for stability, emergency room bills, grocery/personal care bills, specialist bills, gas money as we have to travel out of our way sometimes. I also would like some money to go towards activities and hobbies that would be easy for me to do when I am in extreme pain, not able to walk, etc. This money would really help a lot as it would either improve what I have now or I’d be able to get new things as well that would improve my quality of life. So to sum it up the funds would be used for hobbies I would be able to do as most days I can’t even leave the house,as well as bills and medical expenses like prescriptions and equipment. This would be an amazing help and a way for me to start loving life again and learn to recover and cope with how life will be. I would forever be grateful for what would be donated as well as always appreciate what has been given. It would mean the world to me if you could donate, no matter how big or small, it will be put to good use. Even if you can’t donate you would be helping just by sharing this page. Thank you so much
