Help Baby Jareth’s Tail Amputation

Hi, I am Tracey and this fundraiser is for my baby spaniel Jareth. He is almost two years old and unfortunately it has come to the point where he sadly has to have his beautiful tail amputated. It’s been a long process of trying to get it to heal, without it having to come to this, but sadly it’s just not healing and is causing my boy a lot of distress. He has a split in the end that is bleeding whenever he hits it against anything, plus over the last week or so sores have been appearing further up the tail, so the vet is recommending amputation, which will ultimately be better for Jareth’s healing and wellbeing.

As you can imagine, I hate seeing my baby in pain. But the operation can’t go ahead until we have the funds for the surgery. His insurance won’t authorise anything. Jareth will obviously feel better when everything is done and he is experiencing a lot of distress and discomfort right now.

Anything extra raised will go towards his aftercare, which will involve medication and so forth.
