Help Out The Frasers and Baby Scarlett

Donation protected

Natahlia (5-months pregnant) flew to a family wedding in Palmerston North (NZ) a few weeks ago and experienced a random substantial amount of bleeding. Not wanting to cause a scene (very alike Natahlia for those that know her), she kept it a secret from the wedding party and drove herself to the hospital.

Having now lost almost 1L of blood and her blood pressure reading 185/122, Natahlia was rushed to Wellington Hospital via helicopter to not only ensure her survival, but, the survival of soon-to-be baby Scarlett as well. Tyson, the worried dad and partner, packed up their things and drove himself and their first born, 15 month old Hayzel, to meet Mum and baby at hospital.

Over the next few weeks, the amazing staff at Wellington Hospital have monitored baby and Natahlia and helped weather the ups and downs that would follow (consistent high blood pressure, blood clots, surgery, mental health etc.). Then, on the night of Wednesday 16th June, after having some slight tummy pains, the emergency button is pressed and Natahlia is rushed to the delivery suite. Baby is in a breech position so doctors proceed to do an emergency C section and deliver a tiny, but beautiful Scarlett Fraser at 26 weeks gestation.

Currently, Mum and Baby are stable and are doing well whilst continuing to be monitored. With the way everything has happened however, the Frasers have been advised they are to stay in NZ for up to 6 months.

Stuck in Wellington with little support, the Frasers are doing their best to manage their finances and commitments in Australia, while looking after their two babies and themselves - all while at a loss of income. To help alleviate the stress their small family are going through at the moment, I’ve decided to start this GoFundMe page.

They have no idea I’ve started this, but my sister and brother-in-law are the first to help others and never ask for anything in return. If they’ve ever helped you or you’re in a position to help, I know that donating or sharing this page will help give them one less thing to worry about. Thank you to those who have already reached out and suggested this platform as well :)

As Natahlia has said, in our family woman are fighters. The next few months will be a roller coaster for this little family but with our help they can focus on each other and come out the other end stronger.

God Bless x
