Help Baby see a vet asap

Hi I am Rebecca, I have a 16 year old dog who has had a stroke and is now screaming in pain and all I want is to help her but so far only vet willing to help say’s it will be $700 and I am in OW and do not have $700. If anyone can help in any way that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
