Help Bailey get the treatment he needs

My friends beautiful 1 year old Golden Retreiver Bailey has bilateral Hip dysplasia and needs a THR (Total Hip replacement).
Each hip replacement costs $10k. Once they replace one hip, they will asses how Bailey is doing and then make the decision on whether the second hip will need to be done. At this stage, they have advised that it's likely both hips will need to be replaced. It will be an additional $600 for the x-rays one week prior to get the sizes right for the pieces.
Bailey is full of life & is extremely playful. He is part of a loving family and has two brothers & one sister that adore him.
He loves water and walking and sniffing and jumping on innocent people!!
He talks - especially when he wants your food.
My friends insurer doesn't cover prosthetics & they simply cannot afford this major surgery without our help! I have set this GoFund me page up in the hope we can get Bailey the treatment he desperately needs so he can remain part of this familys life.
