Help Baz and His Family Rebuild After the Earthquake

We were in Vanuatu on driving tour with Baz when a 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit. When a tsunami warning was given Baz took us to his home and looked after us until it was over then drove us to our hotel. Despite being affected by the Earthquake himself and losing all water, he continued to check in on our family.

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and an urgent plea for support. Our dear friend Barry—known to many of us as Baz—and his family have been deeply affected by the devastating 7.4 magnitude earthquake.

Their home has been damaged and they have lost their water tank, and like so many others in the area, they are now facing extreme shortages of power, clean water, and basic necessities.

Baz was more than just a tour guide - he’s been a friend, a guide, and someone who always shows up with a smile and a helping hand. Now, it’s our turn to be there for him.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to help Baz and his family. Baz being unable to work with tourism taking a hit - he still needs to provide for his family.
