Dear friends from all over the world. Since 2001, when we started Bears Sitges, we have gone through many different stages. Without a doubt, thanks to all the Bears who attended our events, most of these stages have been positive. Like other Bears associations, companies and communities, COVID19 has affected us and we have lost members, friends, attendees and family, so we know the pain that everyone has suffered during this long year. Now we find ourselves in the need to ask for help in order to continue existing as Bears Sitges. The maintenance of the organization (the events can be organized, or NOT), the accumulated debts and the expenses that are to come if we want to keep Bears Sitges operational, leads us to this desperate situation, no matter how much you can contribute, everything will be enormously grateful and used to continue offering the best of us (As the situation and the law allow us). Many of you have suggested that we do this crowdfunding, and seeing that at the moment we do not have any other type of help to survive and continue to exist, we take the step forward. We hope to live up to you when things go back to the way they were before COVID19. Meanwhile, we will be doing everything that allows us to do within our own possibilities and those established by law at all times. Thank you very much and take good care of yourselves . Queridos amigos de todo el mundo. Desde el año 2001, cuando comenzamos con Bears Sitges, hemos pasado muchas y diferentes etapas. Sin duda, gracias a todos los Bears que asistían a nuestros eventos, la mayoría de estas etapas han sido positivas. Igual que otras asociaciones, empresas y comunidades Bears, el COVID19 nos ha afectado y hemos perdido miembros, amigos, asistentes y familiares, por eso sabemos el dolor que todo el mundo ha padecido durante este largo año. Ahora nos vemos en la necesidad de pedir ayuda para poder seguir existiendo como Bears Sitges. La mantención de la organización (Se puedan organizar los eventos, o NO), las deudas acumuladas y los gastos que están por llegar si queremos mantener Bears Sitges operativo, nos lleva a esta desesperante situación, no importa cuánto puedas aportar, todo será enormemente agradecido y utilizado para poder seguir ofreciendo lo mejor de nosotros (Como la situación y la legalidad nos permita). Muchos nos habéis sugerido que hagamos este crowdfunding, y viendo que de momento no tenemos otro tipo de ayuda para sobrevivir y seguir existiendo, Damos el paso adelante. Esperamos estar a la altura que merecéis cuando las cosas vuelvan a ser posible como eran antes del COVID19. Mientras tanto, Estaremos haciendo todo lo que nos permitan hacer dentro de nuestras propias posibilidades y las que marquen la ley en cada momento. Muchas Gracias y cuídense mucho.
