Help Beau Beat Cancer
Donation protected
Beau is a young man, blindsided once again by man's worse enemy: cancer.
He is your friend, family, neighbor, lover, rock, confidant, consigliere, and known accomplice. He is a long living survivor of a rare adolescent cancer called non-hodgkin's lymphoma. He conquered this cancer when he was young and has been in remission for nearly 25 years. Unfortunately, this remission has ended and the good friend we know and love so well has been assaulted and re-diagnosed with another rare Intermediate grade (very bad), aggressive lymphoma. He has started a multi-chemo regimen and has many cycles to come.
As hard as he has tried to prepare himself for this worst case scenario, there is never enough insurance or support. At the same time, he was both robbed of his ambition and his ability to provide for himself and those that count on him. Any help you could give would not only be greatly appreciated but show Beau how much he's loved and how much we want to keep him around for a long time to come.
Any level of donation is welcomed, and if you can't help Beau financially, show him that he's loved by sharing this page.
A word from Beau:
I could reflect and stress over the why and how: why is cancer attacking a good man once again? The truth is, maybe I wasn’t a good man to begin with. Either way, I will now have to endure a long battle with both Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the same time. This aggressive form of cancer is calling for at least a 6 month chemotherapy and radiation plan of attack to start.
I’ve always said that cancer has got everything it will ever get from me, but this unrelenting beast is back for more. This devastating news hurts more than I expected that it would, worse is that is will be going on for longer then it should. While this battle will test my spirit, mind, body, and faith, I know we will beat this. Much like the eagle, I will use this storm to elevate myself higher and higher. #BeaubeatscancerII
