Help Becca-A case of a rare GIANT tumor
Becca’s life is just beginning.
I don’t think I have known a more gentle, kind soul than my sister. Becca is a young woman, working and living in Texas, she WAS planning her wedding. She is supposed to be focusing on her wedding dress and thinking about flowers as the big day is just months away. Everything changed a few days ago.
While out with her fiance’, a few days ago, she began vomiting...and it just didn’t stop. Her
fiance’, Yoong, took her to the ER...what came next was not expected. Becca has an, almost unheard of, MASSIVE Mucinous cystadenoma. This is NORMALLY a common, usually benign, cystic tumor.
What makes Becca’s different is the shear massiveness of it. It has taken over her entire torso/pelvis. It is larger than a basketball and is a monster taking over her entire body, consuming organs as it grows. This tumor has to be removed whole along with any absorb organs.
There IS hope for Becca.
Becca has to have surgery ASAP. This surgery IS risky. We don’t know what organs have been absorbed (The imaging is unclear) and we do not know how her quality of life will be affected but if we leave it, it WILL kill her. So Surgery IS happening. We need your help. No matter the outcome, she will not be able to return to work for at least 6 weeks. Bills are mounting.
PLEASE HELP - Becca’s life is just beginning.
