Help Becky Get a Dependable Car for Work
Donation protected
Hi all! Just this week Becky lost her job at our local Rite Aid which she's been working at for quite a few years. If you know Becky, you know that's she's such a lovely person and says hello to everyone. Becky was let go when management changed. She was let go for taking home the almost expired food that was headed for the dumpster, which she was feeding her family with.
Again, if you know Becky you know she has an incredible work ethic and brightens up everyone's day with her wonderful smile and loving genuine persona. Becky is the main breadwinner in her family and is now taking care of her husband who has health issues, also while helping raise her grandson.
I have full permission from Becky to start this fundraising for her. She needs a road worthy car that she can use to obtain a new job. The job she was just let go from was less than a half a mile from her home. The funds will go a good car, to a years worth of car insurance & registration and any immediate food needs or bills. Jaffrey Country Cafe has also been collecting funds for a new car for her as well (you can also stop in there). Our town LOVES Becky and its time we help give her a lift up. Did you know Becky is amazing at caning antique chairs and is part of the Wilder Thermometer family from Peterborough where she grew up?
Let's do this! When you donate it can be anonymous or you can leave your name. I will be helping her find a suitable car when we reach our goal. Becky, our community loves you! Thank you all, so very much. I will keep you posted.
