Help Becky & the Boys

My name is Jenn and I'm starting this fundraiser for my wonderful friend. Becky is a dedicated single mom to two exceptional-needs kids, both of which are on the spectrum and are high maintenance. Until recently, she shared expenses and raised the boys with her mom. Tragedy struck when Becky and her boys lost their mom and Nee Nee. Now, Becky is left to grieve her mom, help the boys make sense of things and raise them on her own, PLUS do so on half the household income as before. She has a plan for their future, but her lease isn’t up for a few months and an eviction on her credit will not be helpful. Unfortunately, the bills do not stop during tragedy and there’s little time for Becky to even catch her breath. What we are hoping to do with this fundraiser, is to stop the fall of dominoes and give Becky some time to catch her breath and prepare her and her boys for their next step. One of the ways we can do that is by relieving some of the financial burden. We are not asking for a trip to Bali; we are asking for help with the very basics – rent, food, utilities.
