Help Belice Family's Heart Warrior Heal

Family and Friends, my brother needs some help. Most of you know my brother has had major heart issues for the last decade, but the last two have been pretty severe. His quadruple bypass two years ago didn't take, and he's basically functioning on two arteries, which aren't even in great condition to begin with.

Last week, he ended up being admitted to Loyola, but the doctors were only able to work on one of his collapsing arteries. And on top of that, his gallbladder is horribly infected and needs to come out. He's been in the hospital for a week now in severe pain, but the docs are too worried to do surgery because his heart is just too weak. The cardiac specialist has told my brother he can no longer do his job or he will die. He has depleted all of his savings over the last two years because he just can't do his work any longer.

We are a proud family and hate asking for handouts, but this is a man who has literally helped so many people throughout his life. He has fed the neighborhood countless times, helped his friends and family with no expectations in return, and has attended hundreds of fundraisers because he loves to support any cause he can! He is hoping to get on some kind of disability, but we all know this could take months. I am hoping we could raise some funds to help him get by until he gets things in order. Please help me help my brother. Stress is the last thing he needs right now. And please send all your good juju and pray his infection is controlled so he can heal and have the other heart surgery he needs and also his gallbladder dealt with. Merry Christmas to everyone!
