Help Bella Get to Mayo Clinic

Hi! I’m Haley and my daughters 12 year old best friend, Bella, needs your help!

Anyone who knows Kelly, Bella’s mom, has probably seen her FB posts over the past year about Bella’s health. She has been sick since September 2022. Since she has been sick, Bella has had to stop extra circular activities like taking dance and was unable to go to even go to school. She missed almost her whole 6th grade year. She has been in and out of the hospital as well as numerous specialist visits in the Savannah area but no one has been able to pinpoint the cause of her illness. Though it is believed to be related to the function of her heart and lungs.

Bella’s doctor believes the best course of action to figure out what is happening to her heart and lungs, is a trip to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. (Unfortunately, the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville does not have the pediatric specialists that Bella needs.)

After months of being on a waiting list for available appointments at Mayo, Bella is scheduled for testing September 11th - 15th. We are hoping that this trip will be successful in finding answers.

Unfortunately the financing Kelly had planned on using for the expenses for the trip have come short from what they will need to get to and stay there for a week of testing. I am asking for donations to help finance her trip in September to the Mayo Clinic so that Bella can get the help she desperately needs.
