Help Ben Crush Cancer

Our friends, Kolyn and Ben, are always the first to come to anyone’s aid. Now is our time to give back to these loving, generous people.

Ben has been diagnosed with metastatic stage 4 adenocarcinoma, in the stomach and liver. This has been life altering news to this beautiful family.

Kolyn, Ben and their 2 children are giving it all the fight they’ve got and will be starting chemo ASAP to start shrinking the tumors.

But this is where things are tricky as Ben will not be able to work during this time.

Kolyn and Ben are both hardworking members of our community, who have touched many lives.

As Ben’s wife and caretaker, Kolyn will be accompanying him to his appointments and providing aftercare for him, as well as caring for their 2 wonderful children.

This will greatly impact her work life.

They have a bumpy road ahead and need some help.

Unfortunately because of past injuries and health issues Ben has been uninsurable for disability and life insurance. As a self employed business owner he has no option of EI either.

To be able to give this their best shot, alleviating some financial stress will help them focus their energy on healing and spending as much time together as possible as a family.
