Hello, my name is Sara and this is my friend's best friend, Benji. Benji is a 5-year-old beagle that is absolutely the most friendly, fun-loving fur baby ever! Benji loved to run and play, but everything changed a few weeks ago when he was running, slipped, and tore his ACL. The vet says it will be at least $6,000+ for him to get the treatment he needs.

My friend is the primary provider for his family and works hard for everything! This unexpected emergency has created financial and emotional stress for them. We really want to help Benji get the surgery he needs. They have had Benji since he was a puppy, and when we moved in 5 years ago, he became our best friend too. We have a 2-year-old cat who tries to escape our apartment and go down and sit by Benji's door, hoping he'll get to see him. Ever since the accident, he has not seen Benji at all, and we haven't seen him much because he can only walk on 3 legs. Benji goes everywhere with his family and loves chasing the remote control car and running around outside in the backyard. He deserves to get better.
