Help Bentley fight!

Last Friday Bentley ( 1 year  old Dane) was his loving playful self and we enjoyed cuddling on the couch that night. The next morning he skipped his breakfast which can be normal. However, he went downhill fast that day. 

He was taken into emerg vet and given some fluid and an antibiotic for a fever and fluid in his lungs. 

Sunday he barely moved at home other then me taking him out to pee and cool down. 

 Monday we took him back to the vet to assess his “no change” on the antibiotics. After and X-ray, we rushed to emerg vet where he was put on oxygen and IV fluids and antibiotics.
His lungs are full of fluid and he’s struggling to breathe. He has no energy left. He’s working so hard to breathe that his body can’t fight the pneumonia. 

After 48 hours on oxygen and IV, there is  minimal improvement BUT he’s wagging his tail and acknowledging us when we visit. So we feel he’s got it in him. 

However he still needs oxygen and IV. We want him to gain enough energy to start eating and then we can bring him home to give oral antibiotics. We are even hoping we could get him home and get him on O2 at home if we could. 

But he’s going to need a few more days  at emerg we think until he has enough strength to come home. 

While we we love our boy and are willing to go as far as we can for him,  I am currently on a maternity leave and our savings are being depleted to keep him alive. 

We we want to be able to give him more options and more days to fight and to get back to us - so anything would help! Not asking for a lot, or what we have spent so far in him  BUT for more options for him. For what the next few days could potentially look like.
