Help Bentley get to Disney World

Hi! My name is Katlynn and I have a very special friend named Bentley Crew! He came into this world fighting for his life and he may just be a strongest little boy I know! I met him when he was only 6 months old and I have had the absolute pleasure to watch him grow and overcome so many hurtles with many different surgeries. Bentley is a true warrior! He is a complex heart kiddo and his last procedure/repair has essentially failed. He is one of 4 boys and loves to keep his mom and dad running from one medical appointment to the next. But something he loves even more is Mickey Mouse! Due to his age, he can not get a certain vaccine that is required for some organizations to help him get his ultimate wish! So mom and dad have worked hard to be able to get the whole family to Disney World this July. However there have been some more hiccups, per usual, and now we need assistance with renting a large enough van to get everyone and their medical supplies to Mickey! We are asking for any assistance at this time to make this little guys dream come true!
