Hi everyone!
Myself and four other undergraduates from Texas State University were assigned a team project to raise money for a cause that meant a lot to us. We decided that we wanted to raise awareness for a charity that focuses on animals wellbeing. As a group we chose Best Friends Animal Society. This organization spoke to us because of their mission to prevent animals from being euthanized in shelters. Just five years ago, nearly 1.5 million cats and dogs were being euthanized in America just because shelters didn't have the community support or the resources needed to save them. With your help and support, we can help provide these animals the lives they deserve. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us. Together, we can save them all!
The Sanctuary that shelters up to 1600 animals including dogs, cats, horses, and various farm animals is 3000 acres in Kanav, Utah. Your donation would go towards helping maintain The Sanctuary so that Best Friends Animal Society can continue to bring in and save animals from being euthanized in shelters.
As a group, some of our fondest memories included our childhood animals. To us, this organization gives us and you the opportunity to give someone else the same chance to create lifelong memories. We know not everyone is able to house an animal but this is a great opportunity to help those animals until someone can!
