Help Beth Purcell Fight Cancer
Donation protected
Beth Purcell a self-employed esthetician, daughter, sister and beloved aunt has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer; her third battle in 10 years. We’re starting this fundraiser to help Beth pay for medical treatments and living expenses. Medications will be over $1,000 per month. Beth’s insurance is capped at $1,000 per year.
Beth is an active and compassionate person who lives life with kindness and generosity. She believes it is greater to give than to receive and has touched many lives with her generosity, publicly and privately. She has given her time and energy to serving the food bank, school breakfast programs, supporting other cancer patients and co-survivors. For years, Beth has personally undertaken an annual coats and comfort drive to help the homeless with winter gear and warming supplies when and where they need it. This time, it’s Beth that needs the help.
This battle is going to be tough. Beth has triumphed over a double mastectomy, a tumour in her brain and, this Christmas, half of her lung was removed. Beth is independent and a fighter but she does need our help. We’re hoping that this fundraiser will allow her to worry less about how to pay for treatments and focus more on getting stronger every day.
Your generous donation will help Beth afford expensive cancer medications and help to offset living expenses.
We thank you in advance for considering a donation. Please share as you can.
