Hi, my name is Bianca Brown. After 22 years of exemplary service on Capitol Hill, I was forced to make the difficult decision to leave my position after being asked to participate in discriminatory and illegal hiring practices. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to serving with integrity. This situation has not only impacted my career but also my financial stability.
