Help Bill and Kodi Aid Krakow's Jewish Community

In what can only be described as a mixture of inspiration and questionable judgment, in a few short months dad and I will riding a bike 60 miles to raise money for the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Krakow, Poland. And here is the best part: we’ll be riding the 60 miles from Auschwitz-Birkenau to the JCC in Krakow!
If you are anything like us, you might be asking yourself why we would agree to do such a thing! Well, here's why: The JCC in Krakow is doing incredible work, not just for the local Jewish community, but also for Holocaust survivors, Israeli people, and even Ukrainian refugees. The JCC in Krakow has seen unprecedented changes in their community needs with the war in Ukraine, and the Hamas attacks in Israel. They have welcomed Ukrainian refugees and supported them with resources such as food, accommodation, psychological help, and more. In addition, with Hamas attacks on Isreal, they have supported Israelis in Krakow with housing and welcomed them into their community for as long as they needed. So, while this bike ride may be slightly insane, it’s for an amazing cause.
We’d love your support, not just emotionally (though we’ll take that too), but financially. Every dollar we raise goes directly to the JCC’s amazing programs.
Now, we know you’re probably thinking: “What’s the likelihood these two are actually going to finish this ride without one of them needing to be rescued?” We are wondering the exact same thing, and we’ll let you know how it turns out! Thank you so much for supporting us as we ride from one of the darkest places in history, to a place of hope and community.
With love and gratitude,
Kodi and Bill
