Help Bill Devine Through This Tough Time

I’m reaching out to our wonderful town. We have one of our own who has fallen on hard times. Bill Devine is a fixture in this town. Many of you know him from his store in the village, Devine Jewelers. He just turned 81 this November and is still working hard to provide for his family. His wife has been bedridden for quite some time now. He’s in the hospital as I write this. He went down at Sweet Jeans while having breakfast. The East Hampton Ambulance crew was amazing. He really scared us but is now in stable condition at Middlesex Hospital. With him unable to work during this busy Christmas season, he is not able to keep up. He also takes care of his grandson. My family and his close friends will give as much assistance as possible to help him. We are asking if you can spare anything this holiday season to lighten his load and take some stress away. His house is old and really eats up the oil. I thank you all in advance.
