Help Bill Hession Recover After Open-Heart Surgery

**Hey Annapolis friends. Help a local small business owner and musician recover from his biggest gig yet: open-heart surgery on February 5.**

We're starting this GoFundMe, not just because he's a beloved brother, dad, partner, and friend, but because it will give him the chance to recover without sweating the small stuff. Like how to pay his medical bills when his main tools (his generous heart and musical talent) are taking a break. Any amount you can give will be much appreciated and NEVER forgotten

The surgery will take up to six hours. He will have four bypasses done to replace the blocked arteries that supply oxygen and blood to his heart. He will be in the ICU for up to a week after the surgery, and in the cardiac unit an additional week.

After his discharge from the hospital, he'll need to take it easy at home for 10 full weeks in order to recover and get back to work.

So, let's band together (pun intended) and help "Wild Bill!" Maybe you walked the halls of St. Mary's High School with him (Class of 1979), or maybe you danced at the The Jetty or Ram's Head when his band, Fess Up, played.
