Help Bill pay for his back surgery

My friend, Bill Livingston, has been experiencing severe back pain accompanied with the loss of the use of his lower limbs. His legs have been numb and weak. The pain has been completely debilitating. Bill hasn’t been able to work. Sleep is minimal due to the pain. He is scheduled for an upcoming surgery and needs our help. Bill doesn’t have insurance. 6500 is the cost of his first surgery. Anyone who knows Bill knows what a giver he is. He is always giving of his time, talents, and resources.
