Billie Needs Your Help!

At approximately 7 PM on August 21st, while our volunteers were prepping food for our cat colonies, we heard a heartbreaking cry for help from our beloved resident cat, Billie. He appeared dazed, confused, and dry heaving. With his asthma condition, we knew it was serious, so we rushed him to the Animal Medical Center.

The vets told us Billie is in critical respiratory stress. His carbon monoxide levels were dangerously high at 76.9 (it should be 40), and he’s still fighting to breathe. They suspect scar tissue may be making his condition worse, and he needs to be monitored closely.

Today’s vet bill alone was $3,500, and we’re urgently asking for your support to help us cover these costs. Every volunteer at our rescue house is greeted by Billie’s sweet meow, cuddles, and head bunts. He’s a huge part of our rescue family, and we can’t imagine life without him. ❤️ We all love him and want him to be okay!
