Help. Billy Oatman

This is Billy Oatman 3 weeks ago I had a stroke at which time I found out that my kidneys we're shutting down I am on dialysis 3 times a week I have no health insurance I can't even afford my prescription medicine I am behind on my rent and my car note my electricity and water are about to be: disconnected because I can not work I need help until I can apply and receive receive disability. Thank you
