Help Biscuit Walk Again with Surgery

Hi, my name is Biscuit. I’m a middle aged chihuahua mix with a pair of bad knees thanks to genetics. I was chasing a squirrel and completely tore a ligament in said bad knees and now I won’t be able to walk again without a crazy expensive surgery. Anything helps!
