Help Blaise Overcome Accident Aftermath

Hi, my name is Blaise Vera and I’m a 24-year-old climbing arborist. I was in a hit-and-run accident where I was struck by a car while on my motorcycle as they were taking a turn across traffic and did not see me. I now have a leg that is broken in four places and damage to my motorcycle.

Due to this injury, I will need surgery and because of my work being physically demanding, I have no way to contribute. I greatly appreciate any help willing to be given and thank you all for your time.
