Help Bob get his power back on.

Hi, my name is Stephanie James and I’m doing this go fund me for my father. He owes PG&E (thats our electric and gas company) over $12,000. His name is Robert Lee Ray but everyone calls him Bob or Papa Bob. He owes this much because he purchased solar panels for his house many years ago and didn’t realize until recently that his solar wasn’t working. He tried getting it fixed but so far hasn’t found anyone that will do it. The solar hasn’t been working for two years and so this is what they say he now owes so much for not generating any electricity for the two years. They call it a tru up and it costs $6,000 year. My dad being the proud man that he is didn’t tell anyone of his troubles. He was forced to retire and few years ago and is now on a fixed income. For many years my dad gave whatever was needed to whoever asked it of him. If it was a place to stay, a car ride or use of his car, a meal or money to help out he never said no even when it meant he’d go without. He is a great man in a very hard spot. None of us have the money to pay this and he is now without power. Please if you can help us get his power back on and if anyone knows a way to fix his solar problem please let me know.
