Help Bobbi Fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Dear family and friends,
I am reaching out to ask for support for my amazing friend and coworker Bobbi Davidson. In July, Bobbi was diagnosed with an aggressive form of of Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer.
Honestly, to know Bobbi is to love her. She is kind, caring, and can make you laugh until you cry. She is a beautiful light in this world. We are all heartbroken that she must fight this awful fight. I know that she has an amazing group of family and friends supporting her every step of the way.
Bobbi has already undergone a double mastectomy and infusion port placement. Her oncology team has decided on a more aggressive plan than originally expected that will include 8 weeks of every other week high dose IV chemo, starting on 9/12, then 12 weeks of weekly IV low dose chemo followed by 5 weeks of daily radiation. She will then take oral chemo 2 years along with an injection of chemo every 6 months for 3 years.
Due to the aggressive nature of Bobbi’s treatment, she will be unable to work her normal schedule as a high-risk OB nurse. Because battling cancer is not only emotionally draining, but a financial burden as well, our goal is to lift some of the financial weight off her shoulders, allowing her to focus on her health and well being.
Please keep Bobbi in your thoughts and prayers as she goes through this journey. If you would like to help financially, any contribution will be greatly appreciated and have a meaningful impact. And we would be so grateful if you would share the heck out of this page!
Bobbi also has a Caring Bridge page available for those who want to stay updated with her journey.
